Automobile OEMs have been trying to bring to the international markets the perfect electric vehicle. Besides the industry’s giants, several startups have impressed with their versions of EVs. However, most of these are from the US and China.

So when a made-in-India electric vehicle is released and is said to be the best in the field, it will undoubtedly grab attention. And this is exactly what Pravaig is doing by launching its first premium electric car.

According to the company, the Extinction MK1 can cover 504km with one single charge. With fast charging, the battery can go from 0% to 80% in 30 minutes. The car also has high-performance numbers. Its top speed is 196kmph. It only takes 5.4 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100kmph. All this, combined with a 150 kW power, delivers 2400Nm torque.

Besides the promised specs, the Extinction MK1 offers an attractive package as well. The electric car has a futuristic design with a continuous Led bar. The car has two doors with four seats inside. From the front, it looks somewhat like the Lucid Air.

However, for now, the utility will be restricted as the car is designed exclusively for commercial fleets in hotels.

The motivation behind this car is to decrease the use of fossil fuels. And Pravaig wants to achieve that with style. It believes that it is the right time for India to boost India’s EV adoption.
