This Luxury Electric Yacht Looks Exactly Like A Swan

So far, electric vehicles have become very common with various designs that are both efficient and eye-catching. However, one of the latest e-vehicles is a luxury yacht that’s shaped like a swan.

Dubbed Avanguardia, the concept is designed by Italian company Lazzarini Design Studio with a total length of 137 meters. In English, its name means vanguard, which highlights the swan head design on the top.

The swan head is designed to be the control tower of the yacht, which can be retracted to sink into the body. Apart from that, the swan head can also be used as a mini boat, or a tender when detached from the neck. The head measures 16 meters in length.

Besides, the neck of the swan can reach down to the water surface and serves as a stairway for you to walk from and to the upper deck.

Overall, the yacht can carry 60 passengers, featuring five decks and electric engines that can reach a speed of 21 miles per hour.

Like other luxury cruises out there, the swan yacht has a pool on the upper deck. It also has a car deck and two helipads to keep vehicles.

Even better, there are small jet capsules with their own port at the back of the yacht. They are the new approach for future water micro-mobility, like electric scooters in the city.

Though the swan yacht is still a concept only, it may actually come to the real world if someone is willing to invest. Lazzarini Design Studio says this total cost to build this yacht is about $500 million. And if it is actually built, would you want a white or black swan?
