When compared with old school headphones with wired, AirPods of Apple may be more hi-tech, but also easier to lose.

Each of the earphones is around an inch and a half and is not attached to anything. So if you lost your precious pair of AirPods, it is quite common. An even if you are still able to keep both of them, you’ve probably been constantly worried about losing one, or in the worst case, both of them.

Well, AirPods owners, you can relax now as 22-year-ole Gabrielle Reilly, a paralegal living in Virginia, found a solution to AirPods misplacing problem. Her method? Turning them into a pair of earrings, with a cute nickname, Airings.

She posted on Twitter a video of her wearing the Airings. Our thoughts? They look fashionable and functional as well.

Reilly said her reason for turning AirPods into earrings was because of her fear of losing them. She also wanted to make sure her cat would not chew on them.

A chain necklace was also created by Reilly to connect the AirPods. She also decided to sell the earrings which are detachable so others could benefit. A website is set up, where people can place their orders on clip-on, fish hook or hoop earrings, All will come in gold or silver. And the length can be customized.

The price for the Airings is 20$ each pair. Customers can add additional customization like chains, charms and more.
