PUBG Mobile Deathmatch - New Gameplay, Maps And Weapons

Tencent has already launched the new update version 0.13.0 for the game PUBG Mobile. The latest update will bring an all-new mode – Team Deathmatch to EvoGround. In addition, its lobby background now is featured with Godzilla's theme, thanks to the collaboration between Tencent and Godzilla film. As of now, the battle royale game has reached 400 million downloads on both iOS and Android devices.

For those who have been enjoying PUBG Mobile for a long time, the Team Deathmatch (TDM) is something pretty weird. To give you a simple idea about the 4v4 Team mode, here’s everything you might want to know about the gameplay, features and more in the new TDM mode.

Gameplay

In comparison with other modes of the game, the new Deathmatch mode has features which are completely different from others’ gameplay. The “War” mode seems to be the closest to it. In the Deathmatch gameplay, four players will be grouped in a team in a fast-paced match to battle with four opponents from the enemy team as well. The team winning the match is required to score a total kill of 40 before the opponent side. The mode let players enjoy both first-person perspective and third-person perspective.

TDM requires players to choose a primary weapon, secondary weapon, and their own accessories at the team base. Besides, players will also respawn automatically with the previously selected gun, alongside being given invulnerability for seconds after the spawn at the team base. Moreover, when the players are not under attack, the health bar will refill automatically, so that players will be able to take cover or regenerate the health bar when they got hurt.

Weapons and Maps

The new Deathmatch offers several weapons in the match, including shotguns, assault rifles, sniper rifles and so on. Apart from these, there is an M249 machine gun with a total of 500 bullets (100 bullets per reloading) placed at the center of the map in order to give players take advantage over opponents during the battle. At this time, the mode has only one map called TDM: Warehouse.
