The COVID-19 pandemic has caused some irreversible damage to our world. Many businesses have also been severely affected. But it looks like Apple is unaffected by the pandemic as Apple plans to open a new store in Singapore.
The new Apple Store is a giant orb. This is also the world’s first floating Apple Store. Apple has named the store Apple Marina Bay Sands as it is a part of Singapore’s popular Marina Bay Sands resort.

Macrumors was the first to report the new store. The floating Apple Store was previously a nightclub called Avalon.
Apple announced the open of the new store on its official web page.
At the front of the store is a red Apple logo instead of the white logo that we have been familiar with. With the lines signifying waves, the logo shows an apple being submerged in the sea.
During the daytime, the store looks like a space capsule that Goku might travel in. But when the sun goes down, with colorful LEDs, the glowing glass globe looks truly mesmerizing. No photos of the store’s interiors have been revealed yet.

This is the third store that Apple has opened in Singapore. In 2017, Apple opened a store in Orchard Road. Apple also set up the Apple Jewel in the Changi Airport.
