The American tech giant company Apple is about to open its biggest and newest store in Japan right in the middle of Marunouchi, a business area in Tokyo on September 7. This will be the third Apple Store that the tech giant has opened in the country since the last April. It is a part of an expansion plan and long term retail investment in Japan of Apple.
At this new store in Marunouchi, the customer will have hands-on and high-quality service with all of the products of Apple. They will also benefit from technical assistance and advice, plus they could use Creative Pros to explore their creativity.
The staff is ready for the store to be opened
Deirdre O'Brien (Vice President of Apple' Retail and People) has commented on this matter. He said that the opening of this store in Marunouchi has marked a groundbreaking moment in the long relationship between Japan and Apple. The new store has incredible energy and the teams there couldn't wait to say hello to the customers in the largest store in the country.
Half of the 130 staffs in this store will come from other stores in the country. In total, the team there will be able to converse in 15 different languages and is fully ready to welcome lots of visitors.
The design of the store
Tokyo's fifth-largest Apple store features a distinctive two-story window design. Made of custom-molded aluminum, the windows are formed with three-dimensional rounded corners. With the unique design, these windows let the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood enter the store. Inside, there is a natural curtain made from bamboo plants, a symbol for the harmonization between technology and nature.
