Creativity is always applauded as they help us out of a difficult situation. And amid the COVID-19 pandemic, this man found a unique way to walk his dog.

As of now, COVID-19 has confirmed 335,000 cases along with 14,600 deaths around the world with the most heavily hit countries including Italy, Iran, the US, and South Korea among others.

In such a serious situation, a lot of people are either ordered to self-quarantine or stuck inside their homes because the country is on lockdown. Therefore, they cannot get out of the house to walk their dogs. However, dogs require fresh air and need to go outside to play and stay active or they will get really bored, not to mention the risk of becoming overweight due to staying inside for too long.

So as not to leave the house during COVID-19, this man walks his dog using a drone

Nevertheless, a genius Israeli man came up with a creative solution to take his dog out for a walk while he stays at home himself. Specifically, he attached the leash of the dog to a DJI Phantom drone and controlled it to fly in the direction that his dog wanted to walk. He did all the control from his porch while his dog was freely wandering on the street. Using the drone, the owner could make sure the dog wouldn’t go in the wrong direction.

It’s unclear who the man is, but his video has gone viral on Twitter and Reddit as well as other social platforms. Though the dog may not enjoy walking alone on the street, he can still at least make use of some fresh air, especially when there’s no one else around.

Besides the creativity, we should all be like this man, if there’s nothing too important, avoid going out to limit the spread of COVID-19.
