Reports suggest that the whole prank was started by an 18-year-old TikTok user from Toronto called Caroline Majcher. The girl explained why she created the prank, saying,

Following her comment, Caroline Majcher’s video quickly became viral on the social media platform with other women started uploading their own versions of the prank.

Periods are one of society’s most misconstrued topic. However, reaching this level of ignorance is plain ridiculous. But thinking women can reabsorb the blood they lost by consuming used tampons or sanitary pads is not the only misconception.
