Delhi Airport Is The World's Second Safest Airport For COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Delhi airport said it was the world’s second safest aerodrome for its effective protocols relating to COVID-19.
The score is from Safe Travel Barometer, which has accessed 200 airports all over the world to rank their effort in safety and health protocols during the COIVD-19 outbreak.
The release from Delhi airport claimed that Safe Travel Barometer is among the world’s best tools to access travel safety.
Delhi airport is at the second spot with a score of 4.6 out of 5, ranking right below Singapore’s Changi airport, which was rewarded 4.7 out of 5.
It shared the second position with Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and Frankfurt Airport.
The release also said Delhi airport is now India’s safest, thanks to several effective measures it has taken to curb the spread of the virus.
According to Videh Kumar Jaipuriar, CEO of Delhi International Airport, it was a moment of pride that DIAL was able to rank second in the world for safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
