In a bid to stop the spread of CO.VID-19, most countries are now under different levels of lockdown with factories minimize their production and people cut their travel and commuting short.
With less exhausted fumes in India, lots of natural and manmade landmarks have been visible again after years of being shrouded in smog and polluted air.
One of the most notable changes Indians can observe is in northern India where people of Punjab state can see a breathtaking view of the Himalayas mountain chain for the first time.
Many have taken pictures of the Dhauladhar mountain range and posted on social media to share this wow moment.

We have no idea how long it has been since people of Punjab can see the range that clear, some say decades, but no matter the time, most of the local residents have a positive view on the drastic effect of reduced pollution on the area.
With lockdown continues, we may expect to see more of the snow-capped Dhauladhar mountain range before human activities resume and conceal it from the naked eyes again.
The pollution level reduced has also had a positive impact on cities like Mumbai and Delhi. With humans forced to stay indoors, animals have temporarily taken over urban areas, from peacocks in Mumbai to elephants.
With people have little things to do at home, a trend surfaces recently on Twitter with people sharing fake photos of things they can see from their home. Let’s take a look:
