Caviar’s iPhone 12 Pro Stealth Has No Camera, Cost Rs 3.86 Lakh

Caviar has just launched two special editions of the iPhone 12 Pro, the “iPhone 12 Pro Stealth” and “iPhone 12 Pro Stealth Gold.”Like the previous Caviar’s iPhones, these phones use precious metals like titanium and gold. They have a completely smooth surface on the back with no camera and LiDAR scanner.

Basically, these iPhone 12 Pros can’t take pictures or record video. They are designed for companies and government staff engaged in covert jobs to protect their privacy.

Specifically, the Stealth and Stealth Gold model don’t have the rear camera lens and have a “disabled” front lens. However, Face ID isn’t affected as it only requires the TrueDepth sensor to function.

Caviar says that it chooses “Stealth” for the name because the design is inspired by a jet that can avoid radar detection. There are two versions made of a hard titanium alloy.

In terms of pricing, the iPhone 12 Pro Stealth will start at $4,990 while the iPhone 12 Pro Stealth Gold will start from $5,520. Of course, users still have the same memory options from 128GB to 512 GB.

While these iPhones seem to be expensive, however, for Caviar’s trademarked products, they are much more affordable than the 18K gold-plated iPhone 12 Pro which costs up to $23,380.
