A Tata Nexon was involved in a major accident on the Mumbai-Goa highway. Fortunately, there were no casualties. Now, a thing that has been garnering attention online after the accident happened is the car. It managed to save all passengers despite having jumped off the 15-feet highway.
The accident happened around 1:15 am on February 17 after the driver lost control of the car, steering it off a flyover on the highway. According to a spokesperson of the Raigad police, there is no evidence suggesting that the driver was under the influence of alcohol.

The image suggests that the car fell off the highway and landed on its roof. Surprisingly and miraculously, all three occupants escaped with minor injuries. And that is why people are now praising the car’s safety. If you don’t know, Tata Nexon is the first car of India to score five stars in Global NCAP crash tests.
In December 2018, Tata Nexon went through crash tests organized by Global NCAP to measure its safety standards. Nexon earned five stars for adult occupants and three stars for child occupants, becoming the first made-in-India car to have the perfect score.
This accident has actually justified this rating. Jumping off a highway and landing upside down after a 15-feet fall, not every car can keep its occupants safe like the Nexon. Although the car was pretty much destroyed after the accident, it did the most important job by saving all passengers.
