Recently, leaked expert OnLeaks posted some 360-degree renders and videos of a new mid-range Samsung smartphone that will likely be called Samsung Galaxy A70e. Based on the rendered image as well as the name of the device, it seems like a cheaper version with less powerful hardware specifications of the Galaxy A71.
Rendered image of the Galaxy A70e:
From the above renders, we can see that the Galaxy A70e will have a "cheap" design. It will have a water-drop notch display on the front, but the edges of the screen are quite thick on both sides as well as the top and bottom edges. This screen is expected to have 6.1 inches in size and is completely flat.
On the back, the device will still be equipped with three main cameras and a fingerprint sensor in the center. It will still have the traditional 3.5mm headphone jack, and if you look closely, the Samsung A70e is built with an outdated micro-USB charging port instead of the more modern USB Type-C standard. Most mid-range smartphones and many low-cost devices today have also switched to using this USB-C standard.
At the present time, we only know the design of the device, it is not clear what the hardware specifications of the Galaxy A70e will be, as well as the price and release date. However, as a cheap version, perhaps users should not expect too much of a good performance on this product.
