OPPO A31 Full Details Revealed On Official Website Ahead Of India Launch

The OPPO A31 has already been introduced in Indonesia last week. Now, the handset has just made its way to India as it’s listed on OPPO India’s official website. While the phone is available in a single model in Indonesia, Indian users will be able to purchase the handset in either 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model or 6GB RAM + 128GB of storage model.

The OPPO A31 price in India is Rs. 11,490 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant and Rs. 13,990 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It will be up for sales in the country in Mystery Black and Fantasy White.

The device comes with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with a water-drop notch. It supports HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 1500:1 contrast ratio, and 480 nits brightness. The display covers 89 percent of the front panel of the phone. The OPPO A31 acquires processing power from an Helio P35 SoC alongside 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB of storage. 

In terms of software, it is pre-installed with ColorOS 6.1.2, which is based on Android 9 Pie. Its battery capacity 4,230 mAh, which is claimed to deliver 45 hours of talk time, 8 hours of video playback, and 35 hours of music playback. Sadly, the battery only supports standard 10W charging technology.

Inside the front water-drop notch, there is an 8MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video chats. Around the back, it gets a triple camera cluster, including a 12MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP depth-sensing camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture and 2cm focal length. Other notable features include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS, USB OTG, headphone jack, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual SIM slots.
