OPPO A15 is a new entry-level smartphone in the Indian market, likely to take on the likes of Redmi Note 9, Realme Narzo 20, and more.

OPPO A15 is the latest entry-level phone that OPPO brings to India. The OPPO A15 specs include a water-drop notch display, triple rear cameras, beefy battery, and Helio P35.

The device is priced at Rs. 10,990 in India and it will go on sales on Amazon India soon. You can purchase the device in two colorways, Mystery Blue and Dynamic Black.

The handset comes with a polycarbonate body with curved edges on the side. It weighs 175g and measures 164 x 75 x 8mm. On the front, the A15 is wrapped by a 6.52-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ (1,600 x 720p) resolution. It has an interesting feature that allows the system to automatically adjust the brightness based on the users’ usage behavior.

Powering the phone is a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, aided by 3GB RAM and 32GB storage, which can be further expandable using a microSD card. On the software side of things, it is preloaded with Android 10-based ColorOs 7.2 out of the box. Under the hood, there is a 4,230 mAh battery packed to fuel the whole setup. Sadly, it only supports standard 10W charging technology, so you might have to wait for a while to refill the battery.

Moving to the camera department, the device features a triple camera-lens setup at the back, placed inside a square-shaped camera housing. The setup includes a 13MP main sensor, a 2MP portrait camera, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, the device is equipped with a 5MP camera for selfies and video chats. Connectivity features include dual SIM slots, Wi-Fi, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, micro-USB, GPS, and a headphone jack.
