1. Camera does not save photos
Some Pixel 3 owners have complained of the camera losing photos. A Reddit user has shared:

Google is aware of this and according to them, they're going to be rolling out an update a software update in the coming weeks to fix this.
Until the issue is resolved, you should leave the camera app open until the image is fully processed and saved.
2. Music app closes while being used
When the new Pixel 3 released, lots of people started to having the issue which music play closing when in use. For instance, you are listening to Spotify and trying to take a picture but then the music turns off itself. Some post also said that while they were driving they had Google Maps open and they were playing a podcast and the Maps application actually closed on them. Needless to say, this's really a big issue which should be taken seriously.

Google Pixel 3 only has 4GB of RAM, so it might be something related to the software inside of Android itself that is causing this issues and maybe the Google pixel doesn't have enough RAM to support the operating system or to keep things loaded constantly.
Google said that the company will fix this memory management problem in the upcoming update in December. For now, you can only avoid it by pausing your podcast/music before you open the camera.
3.Weak battery life

As you may know, Google Pixel 3XL has a 3,430mAh battery, which Google says will last an entire day, while the smaller pixel 3 has a 2.915mAh battery. However, after the launch of the Pixel 3, many users began experiencing the battery drain problem. Here are some tips to help you prolong your phone battery:
- Check the usage details of the battery: In here, you will see what applications might be using a lot of battery and if it's an application that you don't use a lot, you may want to consider uninstalling it to stop wasting all that battery.
- Disabled Ambient display: you can turn off the Ambient display in the Display setting. This feature looks great and is useful, but it keeps the screen active consuming a lot of battery.
- Enable Adaptive Battery: It will help improve the battery life on your Android smartphones. What it does is it kind of studies your behavior such as how you use apps or how frequently use it and what times do you use those apps. Based on that information, it will only allow the apps you use to run on the background and consume resources.
- Activate Battery Saver: When it activates or when you activate it, it will restrict a lot of background stuff like checking emails, notifications, and others also temporarily disabled. It will also stop apps from doing things in the background to save your battery life. Obviously, doing this can't hugely improve your phone's battery but it can add an extra of 5 to 10% of battery life which is still something.
4. Wireless charging isn't as quick as you expected

Google is artificially limiting wireless charging to the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL for fast 10W charging. This is not really a hardware or software issue, according to Google, the pixels stand was the only wireless charger that the new pixel 3 phones could charge at 10W and that all third-party chargers can only charge at 5W.
While the Pixel 3 supports Qi wireless charging standard, however, in order to get to 10W of fast charging, each charger has to be signed off by Google with and given "Made for Google" designation because Google explained that its standard is above the standard Qi specification. Therefore, if you want to charge up to 10W, the Pixel Stand is the only choice.
5. More than one notch appears on the screen

Some users of the new Google Pixel complained that the second virtual notch has appeared on the display. It’s theorized that the issue is related to the phone’s software that allows developers to play with several notches on the device for the purpose of development.
However, Google has confirmed it’s aware of this issue and they’ll be fixed it via an upcoming software update. In the meantime, all it takes to fix it temporarily is to restart your phone or you can also disable it.
