After many rumors and leaks, Samsung finally unveils its second foldable device, called Samsung W20. The handset was introduced at an event in China with quite a few similarities to its sibling Galaxy Fold that launched earlier in the year. It comes with a triple camera cluster, a total of six cameras, 5G network, and a similar notch on the top right side of the display. However, the availability and price of the Samsung Galaxy W20 are still unknown for now.

Samsung Galaxy W20: Specifications
The Galaxy W20’s front is covered with a 7.3” foldable panel with 2,152 x 1,536p resolution and support for HDR10+. Its secondary display has a size of 4.6 inches and 1,680 x 720p resolution. Powering the device is a Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset with a Snapdragon X50 modem for 5G connectivity. The handset is available in a single model with 12GB RAM and 512GB of storage.

At the back, the Galaxy W20 offers a triple camera cluster, which consists of a 12MP main sensor with DPAF, f/1.5-2.4 aperture, and OIS; a 12MP telephoto unit with OIS, PDAF, f/2.4 aperture, and 2x optical zoom; and a 16MP ultra-wide shooter. On the main display, there is a cutout that houses two cameras, which are a 10MP main sensor and an 8MP secondary shooter. Above the secondary screen upfront, it has a 10MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.2.

Keeping the entire setup running is a 4,234 mAh battery that is quickly charged with 15W fast charging tech. For security, users can use a fingerprint reader mounted on the side to lock their phones. Other notable features include Samsung DeX, Dolby Atmos, glass-sandwich design, and AKG-tuned speakers.

Aside from that, the company also offers Care+ service with the new W20. Owners of the phone can access exclusive VIP hotline for 18 months and priority repairs for 12 months. Not just that, they can also get a discount for replacing the device’s display within one year of purchase and half the price of replacing its battery within 18 months.
