Apple’s devices are famous for two things; they are widely popular, and at the same time, an average user will have to pay through the nose for them. Its Macbooks come at the price of at least $1,000, and so does its iPhone XS. However, what the company announced on its WWDC this year is by far the most shocking news.
At its annual developer conference, a new Pro Display XDR was revealed with a strange external display tagging along with it. The device is for professionals, those who may use it to make the next blockbuster movies and the like, and it will not come cheap.

The price tag of at least $6,000 when it officially comes to market in fall is actually understandable given the functionalities, the high power, and its target customers.
To match that much capacity, the device couples with a 32-inch 6K HD screen capable of displaying one billion colors with over 20 billion pixels. With so much on offer, its hefty price is not unreasonable at all.
One of these displays will set you back about $5,000, and according to Apple, with this investment, users can have all of the professional monitors' features, which would otherwise cost around $43,000.
What baffles the general public is actually the stand on which the monitor sits. The part will allow users to pay out minimal effort to change the position of the monitor. The stand can make the portrait mode possible, but its functionality comes with an addition of $999. And yes, the stand is sold separately.

It looks nice but the fact that Apple asks an amount of money so large that it can afford you some of its other devices for a stand has made many people wonder if it has crossed the line. So you will have to pay an amount enough to afford a flagship smartphone for this:
