Rumor has it that Apple has plans for a product launch at the end of March but it was not until recently that we had a better idea of what product the iPhone maker wants to introduce.
A leak from Target’s internal product inventory, one of the U.S’s top ten e-commerce retailers, suggests a device called Apple AirPods (X Generation), which is priced at $400 (around Rs. 28,852)

AppleInsider has spoken to some of Target’s employees to confirm this rumor and they got the same information. Product listings are often accurate when it comes to price, but the “X generation” is just a place holder for a product that has not been announced.
This leak makes sense as the iPhone maker is said to launch an over-the-ear model of AirPods.
Target’s employees also found clues of some other Apple gadgets that have not yet been introduced, including a new 10.5-inch iPad and a $400 iPod Touch. Some said the iPod was the place holder for a new iPhone, which is possible given rumors of a mid-range device called iPhone SE2, or iPhone 9.
There is one thing Target did not mention, which is the Apple AirTags, which works like a Tile device. They can be charged wirelessly and attached to various objects so that users can track them more easily.
If these rumors are to be believed, Apple might start sending press invites in the next few weeks, meaning buy the middle of March, we will have a clearer idea of what Apple is planning for its upcoming launch event.
If the March event has never been a thing, our best chance is to wait until WWDC for Apple’s keynote.
