The Apple Worldwide Developers Conference 2019 has just begun, but Apple has let people take a look at the latest updates of its TV and smartwatch.

Apple watchOS 6

All Apple Watch released this fall will be equipped with watchOS 6. The first feature you will see most clearly is a series of new watch faces, including a California-style face, a new digital clock, and some other special watch faces. Users can fully customize or add other complications according to their preferences.

WatchOS 6 has three new apps including Voice Memos, Calculator with TIP option, and Audiobooks. In addition, the new Apple watchOS will allow third-party developers to release standalone apps. This means you don't need the companion app on your iPhone. A special version of the App Store will be released with watchOS 6 to bring these new apps to the watch.

New APIs, such as the Streaming Audio API, will also be available in Apple watchOS 6. As a result, Apple Watch will be able to stream audio directly to your wireless headset without having to go through the iPhone.

Apple Watch will feature independent apps

Fitness functions are indispensable updates in watchOS 6. Your activity trends will be available in the Activity app for users to monitor their health and fitness status. In addition, a new Hearing Aid feature allows it to alert the harmful levels of the sound in the environment around you by recording the noise through the microphone. According to Apple, this feature only analyzes and notifies you directly and does not save any information on your Apple Watch. The cycle tracking option is also included in your Health app on your iPhone and smartwatch.

Apple also launched a new proud strap for all current Apple Watches to celebrate Pride Month

tvOS 13

This fall tvOS 13 will be released. Apple introduced some new updates at the conference.

The main screen of tvOS 13 has been completely changed. The organization and live previews will be improved in this year's update.

tvOS 13 also has features to support multi-users, which will work separately within Apple Music. In addition, synced lyrics are also being included in Apple Music.
