Apple May Introduce Its Credit Card In The First Half Of August

As of now, Apple has kept a secret of the official release date of its credit card. All things tech communities know are its retail workers and employees have continued to test this new product for many weeks.

Back to March 2019, the iDevice manufacturer Apple highly publicized its plan to launch a credit card. However, during the next period, the company hasn’t revealed much about its Apple Card.

According to a recent report from Bloomberg, the new card may be available in the first two weeks of August. In the beginning, Apple stated that this product would come to users this summer, which means it has been now under development. As such, iPhone owners will soon be able to experience the technology via the Wallet app.

It has never been an easy story to introduce such a product to the market. That is especially exactly when Apple decided to team up with the financial services firm Goldman Sachs because each of the two companies follows a separate corporate culture (Silicon Valley and Wall Street).

Bloomberg also pointed out that Apple was responsible for distinct duties and Goldman Sachs was, too. They just partnered with each other to develop new technology. Besides, the iPhone maker reportedly suggested the bank modify the mechanics of cards. However, the key features that Apple first announced seems to be available.

The launch in early August means customers could experience the credit card on the back-to-school season. Also, the company just released the iOS 12.4 a few days ago. This OS version includes a feature supporting Apple Card. All these signs seem to imply the launch of Apple Card in the next few weeks.
