Airtel Customers Can Now Use Airtel Payments Bank To Donate To PM CARES Fund

Airtel Payments Bank which is Bharti Airtel’s digital payment arm has added a new section allowing its user to easily donate to PM CARES fund.

Airtel Payments Bank which is Bharti Airtel’s digital payment arm has added a new section allowing its user to easily donate to PM CARES fund. Called “Fight Corona,” users can access the section under the banking section in the Airtel Thanks app. With this section, customers can use their Payments Bank account to directly make donations to the fund.
Moreover, under this newly added section, customers can also take the free self-risk assessment test from Apollo 24/7. You will answer some basic questions. And from then, the test will analyze the symptoms.
A risk score will be generated along. It will also show you further action recommendations and important preventions.
According to the company, any information that users share while taking the test will remain confidential. There is also a free COVID-19 helpline number with which you can talk to experts and doctors about your doubts and questions.
Then under the “Fight Corona” section, customers of Airtel Payments Bank can also purchase AXA Group Health Assure Policy that covers COVID-19. If you don’t know, Airtel Payments Bank and Bharti AXA General Insurance company have partnered to bring to customers coronavirus health insurance.
If the policyholder tests positive or is under quarantine in a military facility or a government hospital, a 100% cover will be offered. The coverage will start from the day that the customer purchases the insurance. The price of insurance is Rs. 499 which covers Rs 25,000.
