From the websites of Alexa Answers, they give the example of a question about Texas's state snack. According to the tech giant, this is one of the solutions to aid the platform to all those obscure out there. It allows members of Alexa community to help others.
People will have to sign in to the website of Alexa Answers with their Amazon account to view what questions are available to answer. On the website, people can also filter out questions with various filters such as newest, frequently asked, and specific topic.
When Alexa gives out an answer comes from the site, it will also note that this information is from Amazon customers.
The platform aims for high-quality answers
This new and exciting platform debuted with invite-only participants last year. According to Amazon, lots of responses from contributors on the platform have been given to users millions of times.
The company also said that it had applied filters on the new platform to prevent offensive or profane topics and words in the answers. The community members of Alexa Answers can also flag inappropriate or incorrect answers and vote for specific answers down or up.
In the email of a spokesperson of Amazon, he said that it is essential for the company to include the right answers on this platform. They take this very seriously.
