Xiaomi 12.5-inch Mi Notebook Air With Intel Core i5 Launched At Around Rs 40,000

Xiaomi just released a new model of the powerful and sleek Mi Notebook Air. It is a versatile and capable laptop that comes with great specifications, 12.5-inch Full-HD display and offers some popular features.

The Chinese giant Xiaomi has already launched this laptop in the Chinese market. The new Mi Notebook air has the seventh-generation Intel Core i5 processor and also an SSD. So what does Xiaomi offer in this new laptop?

12.5-inch Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air: Specifications and Features

The new 12.5-inch Mi Notebook Air features a light and thin metal unibody design. The China-based Xiaomi promises that its design can still offer a sturdiness to the small form-factor notebook. This latest Mi Notebook Aid features a 12.5-inch Full-HD display.

The Xiaomi’s latest notebook has a very light weight of only 1.07 kgs, and its thickness is just around 12.9mm. However, the laptop is still packed with a powerful seventh-generation Intel Core i5 process, coupled with 4GB of RAM/256GB storage and this is the only variant of it.

Xiaomi has remained silent about the real capacity of its notebook’s battery. However, it did claim that the latest Xiaomi notebook can last around 11.5 hours of runtime which is pretty impressive. The 12.5-inch Mi Notebook Air also has a USB-C port with support for Fast Charging and run the latest Windows 10.

12.5-inch Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air: Price and Availability

The laptop is now up for pre-ordering, but Xiaomi hasn’t revealed the sale date yet. The 12.5-inch notebook was released in the Chinese market, and for now, there is no information about the notebook launching in other markets. However, we’re pretty confident that the Chinese company might launch this new laptop in the Indian market in early 2019. Senior management of Xiaomi had also hinted at the same.

This new Xiaomi’s notebook is priced at 3,999 CNY (around Rs. 42,000) which is a pretty good deal given its powerful specs and sleekness.
