How bright can your flashlight be? How much heat can it emit? How can you make the most out of it? A flashlight can come handy in many situations when you’re put in the dark, but what if we tell you there’s a flashlight that can do more than just shining on an object? FlashTorch Mini is a gadget like that.
In fact, this is a handheld laser, doubling as a flashlight. It features a heat-resistant reflector and lens, kicking out 2,300 lumens of white light. If this number is not specific enough for you, think that the FlashTorch Mini can not only light a path, but it can also set something on fire as well as cook your eggs.
As you can see in the following video, shared by Wicked Lasers – the maker of this gadget, you just need to place the FlashTorch on the ground with its bulb facing up, crack your egg into it and the heat will do the rest of the work. It can easily burn paper and even plastic.
Measuring 57x47x219 millimeters, this laser is only 387 grams heavy, a lot smaller and lighter than its predecessor, the FlashTorch that is 293 millimeters long. Importantly, the gadget is made of aircraft-grade aluminum, which means it’s impressively durable.
In addition, the FlashTorch Mini offers three power selection modes, and its halogen bulb can work for up to 1,000 hours. You can also recharge it without having to take out the battery and the lock-out mode will help you avoid burning something by accident.
Next time you go camping or on a trip into the woods, make sure you have this laser slash flashlight as a companion.
