The most advanced version that users can choose will come with a quad-core Core i7 clocked at 1.2GHz and 16GB of RAM. In addition, Apple has begun to equip Iris Plus Graphics integrated graphics card for this year's MacBook Air lineup, delivering 80 percent improved graphics performance.

Apple also gets rids of the 128GB memory version, meaning the base variant will have 256GB of storage, and users can upgrade up to 2TB of memory for the new machine. Of course, you need to be prepared to pay a larger sum of money when choosing those upgrades.
