Can You See What's Weird In These Photos Of Mars?

Over the years, we have been able to capture several pictures on Mars, the Red Planet, some show nothing but red dirt while others are a little spooky.

Though humans haven't set foot on Mars yet, we have already sent a number of rovers and missions to discover the nearest planet to Earth, hoping to find what's out there and whether we can live there. Especially, the Curiosity Mars Rover sent by NASA is still wandering on the Red Planet collecting data to send back to Earth.

Over the years, we have been able to capture several pictures on the Red Planet, some show nothing but red dirt while others are a little spooky. The following photos are the weirdest, featuring strange, spooky things, let's take a look and see if you can figure out what they are.

Mars photo — This is the most iconic photo of Mars, taken in 1976 when the Viking 1 probe was doing its mission on the planet. Is that a human head buried under the Martian surface, with only the face revealed? Or is it just some odd rock formation?

Mars photo — This photo was taken in 2016 by the Curiosity Mars rover, showing a strange light from a distance. It looks like some aliens living underground were letting the light out. In fact, that was caused by a cosmic ray.

Mars photo — The next is a photo taken by the Spirit rover in September 2007, looking like a woman or a mermaid sitting on a rock. Or is it?

Mars photo — We always expect life on another planet, right? How about a giant bone that may hint at actual life on Mars? It looks too real to be a rock, agree?

Mars photo — Okay, so if humans do settle on Mars, will we leave trash everywhere as we do on Earth? Here's something that looks like a plastic spoon covered in dirt someone threw out after finishing their food.

Mars photo — What do you think the thing in the red circle is? A rock or a squirrel?

Mars photo — We have just talked about plastic waste, and here we have a piece of plastic bag. Or is it?

Mars photo — These beautiful things in this picture could be blueberries.

Mars photo — And last but not least, something that looks like gold, on the Martian surface. We have exploited minerals on Earth for generations, would we do the same thing on Mars if we lived there?
