The global event called Pwn2own is held by brilliant white hackers as a playground for them to look for every possible vulnerability in the renowned gadgets, services, and electronics.

At the event of this year, two guys formed a team called Team Fluoroacetate succeeded in hacking a Tesla car – the Model 3 – by attacking its high-security web browser.

What these two white hackers did seemed unbelievable to most of us, especially to Tesla’s developers. And of course, they completely deserved an excellent reward from the event organizers: A Tesla car!

The names of the Team Fluoroacetate’s members are Richard Zhu and Amat Cama. They made use of the infotainment system integrated into the Model 3, which is enabled via the web, to take over the car.

The Model 3 - A Tesla car owns what drivers wish to have on their own vehicle.

However, it’s not all that the couple did to beat over other heavy opponents. They didn’t just hack the Tesla car but they also managed to hack Safari browser within only four minutes. Rs 2.6 crores was the total money they received after becoming the final winners. The total cash of the prize worth Rs 3.8 crores.

If you are able to work as well as the two guys from Team Fluoroacetate, you can also earn another Tesla Model 3 car or something like that in the next year’s event, can’t you?
