Tesla drivers will find it awesome with the company's sound collection.

Recently, Tesla has rolled out a software update that allows customers to stream Netflix and make your car come to you with a feature called Smart Summon. The company now lets its cars more unique as it gives drivers a chance to make the cars noticeable to those outside them. According to Elon Musk, it won't be a long time for drivers to customize not only the horn but also low-speed movement sounds. Although Musk didn't reveal how many sounds will be or how will each of them sound like, he disclosed some examples like coconut horse clops, rushing wind, and goat bleats.

Likewise, the eccentric billionaire said there could be options for drivers to upload their custom sounds, but problems will likely happen if the street is full of cars with horns and quirky noise. In addition, Tesla may have to meet regional requirements because movement sounds should be specified to alert pedestrians.

In the US and EU markets, authorities have made the mandatory for EVs to emit a sound to avoid unexpected accidents with pedestrians when moving at low speed. Due to that, carmakers like Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, and Jaguar have started taking action. As such, pedestrian sound systems are now available on Jaguar's I-Pace and the electric SUV of Mercedes named EQC. As for Tesla, it has also supported its Model 3 with pedestrian sounds. Until now, many people find electric vehicles helpful because of their advantages related to reducing noise pollution, so the move is not widely received by everyone. Agree to disagree, Tesla drivers will find a lot of fun with the company's sound collection.
