Tesla's blockbusters, such as Autopilot models, can detect other cars on the road. But this is not all that drivers are worried about. There are traffic cones somewhere on the streets that may cause danger also. However, Tesla has come up with a solution to address this problem with a new update for Autopilot, which helps detect and show any pylons encountered on the road. When exploring the Navigate bar, you can find out that your Tesla cars will plan a lane change to help you avoid traffic cones, and drive safer around construction work.

Although this feature was created to help you avoid obstacles on the road, drivers should be warned that their Tesla cars are not always able to recognize traffic cones, resulting in a sudden change of lanes to oncoming traffic or other construction areas. In its statement, Tesla also reminded drivers to be careful all the time, and the new feature cannot completely replace human control of their own safety.
This feature is also a visualization tool that was released after the launching of a major tool a few months ago, which allowed drivers to zoom in, zoom out and rotate images. The future updates may follow this to enhance the ability to detect and respond not only to other vehicles but also to other obstacles that may appear on the road.

This update is an important step forward for Tesla to realize fully self-driving cars in the upcoming time. To achieve this, their cars must be able to identify and cope with almost anything on the road. On the journey to the future when people can have their hands free when driving, this update will be an important milestone to remember.
