In 2018, Mirror, a fitness company in the US, first introduced a reflective LCD display that could bring fitness classes to your home. This special product was sold for $1,500 (about Rs 1 lakh). That means users will no longer have to come to fitness centers. Instead, they can follow the instructions from trainers and imitate the moves at home.

This year, the company has launched a new service to provide personal training courses. Designed with a two-way video and audio system, the display will allow users to do exercises with professional trainers in real-time. Also, the smart mirror is powered by a quad-core processor and offers a lot of custom software. It supports both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
There are a variety of classes for users to choose from this product, such as yoga, barre, cardio, boxing, pilates, stretch, strength, and more. All of these classes are classified into many different levels and therefore, users can easily find their own suitable level.
Compared to many other private coaching sessions, each session from this mirror is available at a more affordable price. More particular, users will have to pay only $40 for each session. However, they also need to purchase a display, along with a $39 subscription each month.

According to the Founder & CEO of Mirror Brynn Putnam:

She also added that the company hoped to expand its market to some potential fields such as medicine, beauty, and fashion in spite of its existing limitations, for example, its fitness application can now just support iOS. Even Android devices can’t use the company’s app.
