PUBG For The First Time Has 1 Million Concurrent Players Since February

In early 2018, PUBG broke a record of 3M concurrent players of the previously established Dota 2. But since then, the number of players has dropped sharply, mainly because of the increasing popularity of its main rival in the battle royale genre, typically Fornite: Battle Royale. The highest number of simultaneous players was only under 900 thousand in November.

This month, PUBG returned to a spectacular one million players at the same time on Steam. An important reason that attracted many players back to this game is that the game released the new Winter map, called Vikendi.

The number of PUBG players on mobile devices is increasing
