The kite, which looks exactly like a pair of blue and white striped panties, is 1.5 meters across. When Neil flied his quirky creation, it proves to be quite a flyer despite its odd shape.

As kite can get tangled in power lines, Neil flied his creation over farmland to be safe.

Neil Alcantara comes from Quezon City and after he posting the weird creation on Facebook, he has got local media coverage for it.

According to Palawan News, while got stuck in quarantine, Neil decided to make this funny creation to send some good vibes to his countrymen.

He said he wanted people to think out of the box regarding shapes of kites. Neil also expressed gratitude to those entertained by his idea.
