A self-proclaimed cybernetics enthusiast in Utah recently became famous for embedding his Tesla 3 key in his hand. This allows him to unlock the car by holding his hand close to the vehicle.

Tesla car price in India for the Tesla 3 is around Rs. 75 lakh.

The man called Ben Workman, implanted four computer chips in his hands for different actions. With these four computer chips, he can unlock and lock his office’s doors and his Tesla, log into his computer and share contact information. Workman has always been a technology enthusiast and was so ready to be one of those real-life cyborgs. But it was not easy for him to finding someone who was willing to carry out this procedure. Many turned down his decision for the first two implants, from a doctor, a veterinarian, to a piercing artist from a piercing studio. Eventually, he had to convince his family member to do this for him.

He could unlock his Tesla by holding his hand close to the vehicle.

The procedure involves using a syringe to put the small computer chips into the desired locations. However, it was a lot trickier with the unlocking chip from Tesla. So he went to a piercing studio to get this done. It was not easy at all. In an interview with Fox13, Workman said that he had figured that the piercing artist could get this done but they didn’t agree to do it.

The four chips are all now functional but Workman admits that he uses them sometimes to convince those who have no idea about them that he possesses magic powers.

The cybernetics said:

He added that he also embedded in his left hand a simple magnet to specifically use it for magic tricks as well as the fun stuff.

But Workman isn’t going to stop at only four chip implants. He now plans on getting another one that he could use to make payments with.

The procedure involves using a syringe to put the small computer chips into the desired locations.

For the last three years, we have seen the growth of biohacking and small chips’ transplantation. We have also seen some intriguing cases, such as the tech company from Sweden offers free chip implants to its employees, saying that their lives would become a lot easier or the Russian biohacker having an implanted digital compass on his chest.
