Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the world is getting used to wearing face masks. But covering your mouth the whole time means that people can’t see your facial expressions. And for the service sector, this may ruin the friendly vibe that it needs.
To deal with this situation, a Japanese store has come up with a creative idea. The store decided to launch a campaign called “Smile Campaign.” The goal of the campaign is to make their employees look friendly and approachable. And in order to do so, each member of the staff is now wearing a smiling mask.

The initiative was announced via the store’s official Twitter account. It surely is a unique initiative that puts a smile on our faces. Not only the mask help offer a friendly vibe, but they also play an important role in protecting people and stop the spread of the virus.
