Apple has been forced to file a lawsuit and ask for a restraint order against an Indian-origin man named Rakesh ‘Rocky’ Sharma, who is now a resident of San Francisco.
The reason for this act is that Sharma has reportedly made several threatening calls to Apple and has twice intruded on Tim Cook’s property, the company’s CEO. Sharman accused the iPhone maker of threatening his life while he was in the hospital.
In the court filing, the legal representative of Apple claimed that the man had been making several attempts to harass the company’s top executives since the 25th of September, 2015.

Sharman is expected to show up for a court hearing on the third of March, which is when Apple’s temporary restraint order on him expires.
