The list of top 7 best supercars that were still abandoned included Lamborghini Miura, Maybach 57, Rolls Royce Phantom Centurion, LeMans Blue Jaguar XJ220, and more.

Some supercars are sold for such a high price that we may think they will be never abandoned. However, that seems inaccurate to all of the drivers all over the world, especially in the 07 following cases.

What are these best supercars, and who are their owners? Take a quick look at the list as below:

1. Lamborghini Miura

Aristotle Onassis, a billionaire in Greece, bought the Lamborghini Miura for his friend. In 1972, the engine of the first mid-engine car broke down and needed repairing. Its owner left the car in Hilton’s parking lot in Athens.

It’s a pity that after 30 years, the car couldn’t meet its engine because the owner no longer felt interested in it. And then, the supercar was sold for $483,210 at the 2012 auction.

2. Ferrari F40

The owner of the world-class supercar was Uday, the eldest son of Saddam Hussein. After Uday’s death, the Ferrari F40 with the price of $450,000 was abandoned.

3. Bugatti Veyron

As one of the most famous supercars, the super sports car which was sold for $1.5 million belonged to a Russian driver. Among the fastest-ever cars, Bugatti Veyron was a dream of those who love both cars and sports.

4. Ferrari Enzo

Who can believe that someone chooses to abandon the Ferrari Enzo because he/she doesn’t want to pay any cash for the traffic fine? Maybe no one. But that’s exactly what a British owner did with his car. In fact, the allegedly stolen supercar was under investigation of the Interpol at that time.

5. LeMans Blue Jaguar XJ220

There were only 281 LeMans Blue Jaguar XJ220 cars in the whole world. And the limited edition vehicle was sold for around $500,000 in Beirut and then abandoned in a desert of Qatari.

6. Maybach 57

To own a Maybach 57, you would pay $380,000. But the amount seems nothing to the car’s initial owner. As a piece of evidence, the car stood silently in the Cannes parking lot in 04 years. Its manufacturer, Daimler AG, has decided to stop producing the model, and it obviously became the existing unique one.

7. Rolls Royce Phantom Centurion

The Rolls Royce Phantom Centurion was manufactured as demanded by a customer in the city of Las Vegas. It was sold for around $350,000. Its next owner had the supercar in Russia; however, no one knew why it was abandoned in a railroad of Russia’s suburban zone.
