To ensure the safety of both the customers and their riders, delivery service Zomato has started displayed on the app the delivery guy’s body temperature. However, Zomato isn’t the first to do this. This was actually done first by Chinese food delivery apps.

Its restaurant partners have been checking the delivery partners’ body temperatures via thermal sensing devices. Zomato claimed that the delivery guy could only work if there was nothing wrong with their body temperature.
