The Indian alternative for PUBG Mobile, FAU-G, is getting closer and closer to being officially released as its official title track has been launched. The song for the video game is also the teaser for the game, showing a range of weaponry and a fight sequence of the title.
The track was posted on Twitter via the official account of nCORE Games, the developer behind this Indian title. The tweet went online on January 3, which also confirms that the title will be launched on January 26, 2021.
The main focus of the clip is on the Ladakh episode, in which soldiers from the enemy parachute down to India’s border bases. In a glimpse of the possible first episode of FAU-G, the clip shows some Indian soldiers fighting the enemy soldiers in close combat without arms. Meanwhile, some later scenes show soldiers using an assault rifle.
The official track and teaser help us have an idea of what the game will look like and how good it will be in reality. There’s also a Punjabi soldier who acts as the protagonist of the clip along with some dialogues in Punjabi as well.
One of the questions that remained is if there will be a single lead character throughout all the episodes or not. We are also curious about the choice of language in this game, especially when it’s marketed in India as an alternative for PUBG Mobile.
Akshay Kumar, also involved in the development of this title, wrote in his tweet:
“Whether it’s a problem within the country or at the border...these Bharat Ke Veer always stand tall. They are our Fearless And United Guards, our FAU-G! Witness the anthem.”
