In the video, AI has swapped the face of Jeff Bezos with that of a bald and big-headed Talosian alien while the face of Elon Musk appears on the body of Captain Christopher Pike, the former head of the USS Enterprise.

Here is the short version of what happens in the video. Talosian aliens abducted Pike for their plan to breed humans to rebuild a now-gone society. During the length of the video, Pike made several attempts to escape. In the end, the aliens thought that human resistance made them unfit for the breeding role.

You may find it hard to follow the conversation though as the AI has omitted other characters featuring in the original video. They played a key role to help viewers make sense of what Captain Pike and the alien are talking to each other. However, for some reason, the artificial intelligence took them out of the context in the deepfake video.

While the conversation sounds confusing, the technology behind it is scary, especially in the look of Jeff Bezos as the Talosian alien.

This is not the first time Amazon CEO has a cameo role in a Star Trek episode. In 2016, he also played a big-headed alien in Star Trek Beyond.
