A man whose ‘manhood’ fell off because of a serious blood infection had a new, and 2-inch longer one grew on his arm.
The man, 45-year-old Malcolm MacDonald, suffered from perineum infection, which turned his toes, fingers, and phallus black.
The father of two living in Norfolk, England said he had been struggling for years and didn’t know what would happen to him. When he saw his penis turned black, he got panic because he knew he would lose it.

One day in 2014, his phallus dropped off on the floor while his testicles remained intact. Since he had been through the horror of knowing he was going to lose it, MacDonald picked it up and put it in the trash bin.
When he went to the hospital, the doctors told him the best they could do was to roll the stump up.
In the next two years after losing his penis, the mechanic drowned out his sorrows with liquor and avoid seeing friends and family.
Hope came to him when he heard his doctor mentioned Professor David Ralph from the University College Hospital, a.k.a the penis master who made a bionic penis for a man born without one, Andrew Wardle.

This gave MacDonald hope that he could one day have a penis.
Ralph said MacDonald could go through an arm-graft procedure lasting about two years. Lucky for the man, he received funding for it because if the method worked, he could urinate normally again, and yes, restore his sexual ability.
The mechanic was thrilled for a chance to get his normal life back. He admitted being quite confident as he had seen what Professor Ralph and his team could do. He even went as far as calling them miracle workers.

He said losing the penis felt awful for a man. He didn’t think much about sex as he had already had two kids. What he focused on was his confidence and the ability to pee normally again.
The new ‘manhood” cost $65,000 and as the chance presents itself, he requested having two extra inches to its length.
The team was attentive to hear what MacDonald with his new penis. And as far as this procedure concerns, not many people can say they have a designer phallus.
The new ‘manhood’ has its own nerves and blood vessels and was created using a skin flap from the patient’s left arm. The team created a urethra and added two tubes, which can be inflated with hand-pump inside, allowing the man to have an erection when he wants.
The shaft was then separated from the man’s arm. From then on, it grew naturally as tissue and skin. The last procedure to do now is to put it to its proper place.

McDonald said when he saw the penis on his arm, it didn’t feel weird at all because it was part of him. He grew so attached to it that he even called it Jimmy and considered it his new mate.
The man marveled at the fact that it was possible to grow a new penis on someone’s arm. He is also very excited thinking he could soon be able to urinate like a normal man and get intimate with someone.
However, before the phallus was removed from his arm, McDonald had a hard time hiding the bulge from other people, even with a long-sleeved shirt. People asked him about ‘Jimmy’ in the pub and they made jokes about it. However, that didn’t bother him at all because not everyday people get to see a man with a penis on his arm.
However, four years after being removed, the phallus has not been attached to its rightful place due to a shortage of staff and the Coronavirus pandemic.
McDonald said he was looking forward to finally having the operation to put the penis between his legs later this year.
