Apple Has Launched A New Game Featuring Warren Buffett On App Store

After nearly 10 years, Apple launched its own game on the App Store in partnership with Warren Buffett.

Most of Apple's current applications on the App Store are productivity apps. But recently, Apple has launched its own first game application for iPhones users. It seems that this giant tech has partnered with Warren Buffett, a billionaire and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway to use his image in this game. Apple's new game is called Warren Buffet’s Paper Wizard and can be downloaded for free on the App Store.

The developer of the mobile game was announced as Wildlife Design, however, in the copyright section, it's mentioned as 'Copyright 2019 Apple, Inc.'. Currently, Wildlife Design Inc has only this game on the App Store.

Since the Texas Hold’em game was launched in 2006, Apple has not released any other games until today. Berkshire Hathaway is currently the second-largest shareholder of Apple. Tim Cook, CEO of Apple has surprised many people when appearing at Berkshire Hathaway's annual shareholder meeting that took place last Saturday.

In this meeting, Warren Buffett was the mastermind of the construction of this application and gave many different ideas. After that, Tim Cook was the one who came up with the idea of launching newspapers. This is one of the jobs that Buffett once did when he was young. In addition, Buffett also participated in a newspaper-toss competition during a Berkshire Hathaway shareholder meeting. Because there were so many people involved in the event, he couldn't fight with everyone. He appealed to his fans to challenge him, according to the FAQ section of the game.

The task of the player in Warren Buffett’s Paper Wizard is to toss newspapers to receive special bonuses called Warren Bucks. Players will move from Omaha (where the shareholders meeting takes place) to Cupertino in California (Apple headquarters). The difficulty level and obstacles will increase gradually. The game is currently only developed for iPhone so it gives feedback and brings the best experience for players.
