101-Year-Old Man Who Survived Another Global Pandemic And WW2, Now Beats Coronavirus Too

His story is believed to spread out the inspiration for everyone, especially those who are fighting directly with the coronavirus.

The coronavirus pandemic has ped out thousands of lives, but this 101-year-old Italian man is an exception. A century ago, he survived the 1918 flu, which was known as the world’s biggest health concern at that time, and now, he beats COVID-19

This man is known as “Mr.P” who was tested to be positive for COVID-19 last week at Infirmi Hospital in Remini, Italy. He was born in 1919, in full-swing of 1918 flu pandemic which would go on to kill more or less than 600,000 Italians. More than a century later, on last Wednesday night, he was allowed to discharge from the hospital and taken home by his family.

His story is believed to spread out the inspiration for everyone, especially those who are fighting directly with the coronavirus.

Talking about this special case, the Vice Mayor of Rimini, Gloria Lisi has stated to the local newspaper namely ReminiToday about their resilient senior citizen. His story is believed to spread out the inspiration for everyone, especially those who are fighting directly with the coronavirus.

Mr. P, together with doctors, nurses, and the rest of the healthcare personnel who took care as well as cured him, has made history for the Italians. The Vice Mayor stated that he held the belief in the future of our Earth even when the media is spreading chronically sad news about the negative impact of coronavirus on the elderly. Mr. P’s resilience has proven that it is always too soon for human beings to predict the possibilities in the future.

According to the Hopkins Map, Italy is currently leading the world in COVID-19 death tolls, and the number of infections is estimated to surpass China within the day. However, the infection rate is slowing down, proving the national lockdown appears to be effective.

Although the statistical reality is brutal, Vice Mayor Lisi is not wrong about the future. It may seem to be doubly evidenced, yet, it is not entirely hopeless because there remain many things to be discovered.
