Microsoft first announced its online game streaming service, Project xCloud, in October last year. After home tests starting in May 2019, the service is now ready for the public.
Previously, we learned that Microsoft was planning to test Project xCloud publicly in October. However, it was unclear how people can apply for the test and what they should expect. Now, the company has revealed more details about this.

Eligibility
Initially, only people in the US, South Korea, and the UK can join the test. Several games that are already demoed on Project xCloud like Sea of Thieves and Halo 5: Guardians, will be available at launch, along with the newly released titles Killer Instinct and Gears 5. The company promised to add more games as the trial goes on. But you won’t be able to keep the games when the preview ends.
How to apply
You need these things: a tablet or a smartphone running on Android 6.0 or higher, Bluetooth 4.0, along with a Bluetooth –enable Xbox One Wireless Controller and a Microsoft account. You don’t need to buy or already have the games of this service.

The tech giant has partnered with T-Mobile to optimize the system for streaming on phones better, but you can play the games’ preview with any other carrier. While the pair will conduct this preview on T-Mobile’s LTE network, it is expected that the service will work with its 5G networks.
Right now, Microsoft doesn’t know how long the trial will last. The company said:
