Many people are still wondering about optimizing their desk area so they can use the computer and do other paperwork as well because the screens sometimes occupy a significant portion of the area. Samsung has recently announced a new monitor that allows users to save space just in time for CES 2019. Instead of standing on the table like typical monitors, this Samsung monitor is connected to a moveable arm.
One end of the arm is attached to the screen, and the other end can be clamped onto the desk's surface creating a lot of table space when not in use. When you use it, just pull the screen closer to you, and you can push it flat against the wall when you want more space. When in vertical mode, the arm will fit right on the back of the screen. Also, you can tilt the monitor or pull it forward until it touches the surface of the desk. All cables including HDMI and power cord are also neatly attached along the arm.
Samsung Space Monitor will be released in two versions including a 27-inch QHD resolution version and a 32-inch 4K UHD resolution version. Customers can now pre-order on Amazon with $399.99, and it will be officially on the market on February 23, 2019.
A screen which can be adjusted to save space is an ideal choice for people living a minimalist life. It will have been great if the screen is a touchscreen for use whenever it is pulled forward. However, Samsung Space Monitor is still an excellent choice for those who have a small desk area and need more space to write and do many other things.
