AMD has launched its new 3rd gen Ryzen processors based on Zen 2 architect in a recent event. During the event, they also introduced the next generation controllers of PCIe 4.0. To continue that trend, Gigabyte also launches it's first NVMe SSDs with PCIe 4.0 controllers which have shown amazing potential for the speed of this new technology.

AORUS NVMe of Gigabyte can reportedly reach the speed of 4,400 MB/s write and 5,000MB/s read speeds performance. That amazing performance is about double of write speed and 56% faster read speed of the current fastest NVMe SSDs available, the Samsung's 970 EVO.
