Experts have found a way to record data of a super-resolution microscope in real-time. So now we can see the movement of super small objects

It is common knowledge that if you want to see something small, use a microscope. But when you want to see something with a size so small that normal microscope cannot work on, what you want is a super-resolution microscope, which can offer you resolutions of a millionth of a millimeter.

However, these devices have one drawback. They work slowly because there is so much data they have to record. Now, experts have found a way to record the same amount of data in real-time.

Time-saving is just one of the advantages of this technology; another noticeable ability enabled by this is that we can now see the movement of super small objects, such as cell particles.

The technology works by using laser light to irradiate objects, making molecules excited and glow. The microscope can gather these lights, resulting in faster results at a higher resolution.

This technology can be handy in studying biological elements, how the mitochondria, a part of a cell, moves, for example.

The experts have a plan to apply this technology to the aforementioned studies next year.
