But you will get stunned by this story, the one-in-a-million chance did happen. A YouTuber called sirsammy 15 caught a flying smartphone while he was on a roller-coaster, and it was running.

His real name is Samuel Kempf from New Zealand, according to an article released by Stuff. On Wednesday, the YouTuber posted a video featuring himself riding a roller coaster at Spain-based PortAventura World park.

The incident took place when he quickly raised his right hand and caught the smartphone of another passenger. As you can see in this video, he spotted the phone and he reached for it. After that, we can all see he was in sheer joy and celebrated. He later returned the phone to its owner.

However, this is nowhere near by accident or by luck. Kempf plays fistball in a team, which is a sport that’s similar to volleyball. In August, he even headed to the World Fistball Championships held in Switzerland.

The roller coaster Kempf was riding, called Shambhala, is a hypercoaster that used to be the tallest and fastest in Europe until mid-2018. Its speed can be up to 134km/h.

However, not everyone is as lucky as the phone owner in this story, so always keep your phone somewhere safe.
