Vivo V1932A Listed On Geekbench With Snapdragon 765G & Android 10

It appears that Vivo is working on a smartphone with the new Snapdragon 765G chipset. The upcoming smartphone is listed on the benchmarking site Geekbench with the model number V1963A. As per the listing, the Vivo V1932A will be powered by the newly-announced Snapdragon 765G SoC, which is an octa-core processor with 1.80GHz base frequency. In the listing, the chipset is paired with 8GB RAM while the device is revealed to run on the latest Android 10, probably with FunTouch OS on top.

As for the benchmark score, the Vivo V1932A achieved respective scores of 2,129 and 5,279 points in the single-core and multi-core tests. These scores are slightly lower than those of the Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G, which is also powered by a Snapdragon 765G chipset. While other details of this Vivo phone are still under wraps at the moment, a Chinese blogger with the name Digital Chat Station claimed that the Vivo V1963A might be a new addition to the Vivo Z or Vivo S-series. 

Speaking of Vivo S series, the brand recently added one new smartphone to the lineup in the Indian market with the release of the Vivo S1 Pro. The phone arrived with a diamond-shaped camera module on the rear and a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED panel with a screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent and an under-display fingerprint reader. Other notable features of this Vivo S phone include Snapdragon 665 chipset, 32MP selfie camera, a 48MP quad-rear camera cluster, Android 9 Pie-based FunTouchOS 9.2, and a 4,500 mAh battery with 18W Dual-Engine rapid charging solution. The Vivo S1 Pro price in India is set at Rs. 19,990 and it is now available for sales via both online and offline stores.
