New Honor 9X Images Tease Long Battery Life And Great Performance

Recently, George Zhao, Honor’s Vice President, posted a few images of the new Honor 9X on his Weibo account, which offers some hints of the main selling points.

As you can see a notable gaming controller in the first image, it seems to reveal about an immersive gaming experience for users. Chinese tech giant Huawei owns its GPU Turbo 3.0 tech which could support to optimise the new Kirin 810 SoC’s performance.

The second image shows the phone’s box put near a clock, which can hint on the endurance of the battery. As per the previous rumours, the device will be backed with a 4,000mAh battery, therefore, we slightly doubt that it’ll last for a long time.

About the next image which shows two cars, it seems to reveal about the new Kirin 810 chipset of the upcoming Honor 9X and its impressive performance.

Finally, the last image includes several camera films, which can refer to the phone’s imaging capabilities. Previously, the upcoming Honor 9X is tipped to have a dual rear camera setup while the Pro variant is expected to have an additional sensor with a resolution of 48MP. Both smartphones are expected to have a pop-up selfie shooter on the front. Additionally, the gradient finish offered in the Honor 8X will probably come to the Honor 9X.

In addition, rumours had it that the Honor 9X lineup will have 6GB RAM/8GB RAM, along with 128GB/256GB internal storage. And as the 9X lineup is positioned to be mid-range, it is unlikely that the brand would choose on-screen fingerprint sensors on its phones. Regarding the display, the upcoming Honor 9X series is said to sport a 6.5-inch or 6.7-inch LCD display.
